Kymberlee Dougherty Tysk is the founder of Hummingbird Risk Advisors and serves as its’ President & Chief Executive Officer.  She is a seasoned professional with over thirty years of experience in insurance and risk management, including twenty-one years exclusively focusing on senior housing and healthcare.  Kymberlee has been recognized by Risk & Insurance magazine as one of the industry's "Power Brokers" for Long Term Healthcare. Prior to her work in the brokerage arena Kymberlee was the Chief Risk Officer for a large senior care provider. Kymberlee is a member of the American Health Care Association (AHCA), Board of Directors Network (DBN), American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) and the American Society of Healthcare Risk Managers (ASHRM). Additionally Kymberlee held the position of President for the Atlanta Chapter of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), where she tripled the membership over a 2 year period. She is a licensed insurance producer in 15 states and a veteran of the United States Air Force
